Richard Perry

Founding Partner Richard Perry has over 30 years experience helping nonprofits transform their Major Donor programs. He co-founded The Domain Group, which was one of the largest full-service fundraising consulting agencies serving major national, regional and local non-profits in the United States. Richard also does management consulting and leadership development and transition, and has worked with mergers and acquisitions.


Jeff Schreifels

Senior Partner Jeff Schreifels for more than 20 years has been developing, planning and executing strategic fundraising and marketing programs. He's served as Development Director at nonprofits and was Senior Strategy Director at The Domain Group. where he helped develop record-setting fundraising programs for the agency’s largest clients.

Tracy Scott

Client Manager Tracy Scott has been working to revitalize nonprofit major gift programs for nearly a decade. Her passion is providing on-going training and accountability to measure tangible results and report back to management and donors. As a Senior Account Director for the Domain Group, Tracy helped multiple nonprofits transform their direct mail and major gift programs. Before entering the world of fund development, she was an Emmy-award winning writer and television producer.

Karen Kendrick

Client Manager Karen Kendrick has a masters degree in education and counseling and over a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising in both the university/education market and social service agencies. She has served as program director and executive director for a nonprofit, giving her both programmatic and administrative experience. She has created strong comprehensive fundraising programs from the ground up and served as a major gift officer. Karen is passionate about helping nonprofits increase revenue to better meet the needs of those they serve by providing assessment, training, accountability, and management of fundraising programs.

Anne Nash

Planned Giving Advisor Anne E. Nash is an attorney and charitable giving advisor. With over twenty years of experience in planned giving, Anne has worked in large and small shops. Anne retired as CEO of Blue Grass Community Foundation in June of 2009. Previously, she had been Senior Gift Planning Advisor at The Nature Conservancy in Arlington, Virginia, a global conservation organization, and one of the largest nonprofits in the U.S.. Before that, Anne was Director of Complex Gifts at The Nature Conservancy, where she headed a senior team of gift planners located throughout the organization's operating locations. Anne is a frequent speaker at estate planning councils, planned giving councils, and fund raising forums. Anne also writes on philanthropy for a regional business journal.
